Gumby seems jubilant as he prepares for his first flight.

"Let's light this crayon" - Gumby lets us know all systems are go for launch.

Lift-off!  Gumby has cleared the tower!

Recovery went a little less than perfect as the capsule became snarled with the booster's parachute.  However, no damage occurred to the launch vehicle.

And Gumby, always chipper, was ready to go again.
